  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@iclp2013.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the programme.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
  • Registration Fees include 18% VAT.

* To be eligible for the student rates, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, regular fees will be applied. You may send necessary document by fax at +90 212 347 63 63 or via e-mail to registration@iclp2013.org.

Payment Details:

Graduate and undergraduate students may not have the financial means to attend the conference. Applying for an online short term loan provides these students with cash for conference registration and workshops, plane tickets, hotel rooms, taxis, and food. Before getting a loan, exhaust your options. Ask your family members for money or look into whether your school gives students an allowance for education related programs.

Cancellation Policy - Registration:

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the ICLP 2013 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@iclp2013.org. An administrative fee of € 50 will be applied for any cancellation received before or on July 22, 2013.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after July 23, 2013.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ICLP 2013, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
